When you register to attend or propose a session, we collect the details you submit through our forms: your name, role, organization, country, work email, and the content of your proposal. Forms are provided through HubSpot, which processes the data on our behalf.

If you ask us to keep you posted, we collect your email address to send updates about the forum.

Why we use it

We use your details to review registrations and proposals, to confirm places, to organise the event, and to send you information you have asked for. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the forum.

Who we share it with

We use [HubSpot] to manage forms and communications. We do not sell your data. Service providers act on our instructions and under data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and proposal data for [retention period] and then delete it, unless you have asked to stay on our list.

Your rights
