Who is responsible

This website and the forum are operated by LiveEO GmbH, Cuvrystraße 3–4, 10997 Berlin, Germany. For any privacy question, contact andreas@live-eo.com.

What we collect

When you register to attend or propose a session, we collect the details you submit: your name, role, organization, work email, an optional phone number, and, for proposals, the content of your session proposal.

If you ask us to keep you posted, we collect your email address. If you invite a colleague, we collect the email address you enter so we can send them one invitation to the forum.

Why we use it

We use these details to review registrations and proposals, confirm places, organise the event, and send updates you have asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in running the forum.

Who we share it with

We use HubSpot (our CRM and forms) and Netlify (our hosting, which also receives session proposals) to process this data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements. These providers may process data in the United States under appropriate data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep registration, proposal, and contact data for up to 24 months after the forum and then delete it, unless you have asked to stay on our mailing list or we are required to keep it longer.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email andreas@live-eo.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
